Directions for expedited admission or transfer to North Texas Clinical Program:

 

(if you have completed your first 2 years of medical school and been accepted into Aureus)

1. Click on the link above to "DOWNLOAD APPLICATION", complete and email or fax.

2. Use email contact form below or email to info@americanclinicals.com.

​

In subject line, type "rapid admission".

​

Include your:

- name

- contact info

- desired start date

 

2. Contact Aureus University Main Office (866.596.9919) to request a Letter of Good Standing be sent to the Texas Clinical Office . **If you are not already enrolled at Aureus, they can assist you. 



3. Submit the following paperwork in a single zip folder containing PDF documents ONLY to info@americanclinicals.com

 

• Letter of Good Standing from Aureus University (see above)
• Copy of Driver’s License or government issued ID
• Health Records to include (or letter from doctor detailing results):
 o NEG PPD (within last 12 months)
 o HEP B
 o  VARICELLA
 o  MMR
 o Diphtheria/Tetanus (within last 10 years)
• National criminal background check (ex. http://www.crimesmasher.com/ is $12.95)
• Copy of medical student Liability Insurance (provided by Aureus)
• Proof of current health insurance
• Current proof of advanced CPR certification (ex. http://www.icpri.com/ is $19.95)
• Grades from medical school year 1 and 2
• USMLE score reports or proof of pass (if applicable)

• Negative drug screen from less than 30 days prior to submission.

      - Should be minimum 10 drug urine screen. (ex. http://www.anylabtestnow.com/for-           individuals/toxicology/drug-testing/)

      - Have lab or doctor's office email results to info@americanclinicals.com.
